Membership Terms

1. Cancellation and billing. Your membership bills automatically every 4 weeks during your term. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice by text or email, no phone call required. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no refunds on months already charged, so cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another month. Unused treatments do not roll over.

2. Term and deposit. Your membership term is 24 months. A deposit equal to 2 months of membership fees is collected when you sign up. It covers months 23 and 24, so no payment is collected for those two months. At the end of the 24 months, your membership ends. To continue for another 24 months, a second deposit is collected and a new term begins. If you cancel your membership at any point before completing the term, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee. It is not refunded and cannot be applied to packages or treatments.

3. Switching to packages. The same cancellation terms apply if you switch from a membership to packages.

4. Failed payments. If your auto-payment cannot be processed, a $100 reinstatement fee will be charged and your membership will be suspended until payment is resolved. Suspended months do not roll over. If your auto-payment fails for 2 consecutive months, we reserve the right to cancel your membership. If we cancel for non-payment, your deposit is kept as a cancellation fee and is not refunded. To rejoin after a cancellation for non-payment, a new membership with a new deposit is required.
